A writing workshop for young writers by bestselling author Carolyn Mackler. In Mackler’s book Right Back at You two seventh-graders, separated by thirty-six years, find a way to write letters to each other and realize that they are both being bullied at school. Sharing their experiences, they form an unlikely friendship. Carolyn will lead a writing workshop based on themes in Right Back: forming connections despite differences and combating bullying. Come explore your creativity!
