Build strength, stability, and confidence in this empowering 6-week series designed to support your body from the inside out! Led by Antoinette Simms, Strong & Grounded is a progressive, full-body strength training series that incorporates bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, and hand weights. Each session emphasizes proper form, core stability, and functional movement to help you feel strong, grounded, and energized—both on and off the mat. This series is open to all levels, with modifications and progressions offered throughout—perfect for anyone new to strength training or looking to deepen their practice in a supportive and mindful environment.
