Named as one of the Top 100 Books of the 21st Century by the New York Times, this literary thriller helped introduce Nobel Prize-winning author Olga Tokarczuk to a larger American audience. With an unforgettable voices, quirky characters, and dark humor, this is one of our favorite books from the last decade and a great way to kick off this series.
