Inhale under the treetops and exhale to views of the mountains during this peaceful hour of yoga. Birds will chirp, the leaves will dance, and our nearby chime chapel may even sing. Feel free to bring your own mat and props, but we also have some available to lend out. Please meet by the front desk and we’ll walk to the wellness platform together. Mornings can be chilly, but we’ll be in the sun. All levels welcome.
