Located in Stockbridge, Massachusetts, Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health is the largest yoga and holistic retreat and educational center in North America. We serve over 50,000 people annually through on campus and online experiences that ignite physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

Essential Job Functions
Accountabilities
- Manage a portfolio of individual donors to meet annual fundraising goals.
- Articulate and promote Kripalu’s expanding Impact programming and scholarship initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure appropriate outreach and engagement with donors.
- Stay informed about evolving fundraising practices, contributing innovative ideas to enhance existing initiatives.
- Research on potential funders and grant opportunities.
- Event planning and execution in collaboration with the team.
Qualifications
Essential Skills and Experience
- Minimum of three years of experience in the field of fundraising, with demonstrated success as a 1:1 fundraiser, and as a builder of productive internal and external relationships.
- Impeccable integrity, judgment, and discretion along with a professional demeanor and interpersonal style that elicits trust from leadership, funders, staff, public officials, and partners.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office business tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency with use of donor databases; Raiser’s Edge NXT experience would be ideal.
