Shakespeare & Company invites families, first-time theatergoers, and Shakespeare devotees alike to celebrate the playwright’s 462nd birthday with a full slate of storytelling, community, and festivities at its campus. Festivities include three open-captioned performances featuring “supertitles” projected above the stage; a relaxed performance with reduced stimuli and more flexible house rules; two free workshops for participants aged eight and up: Theater Games and Exercises and Fight and Movement; a free screening of the Fall Festival of Shakespeare short documentary Speak What We Feel followed by a talkback with Founding Director of Education Kevin G.
