Reflections on Democracy

Arts and Culture, Diversity and Inclusion, History and Heritage, Literature, Lectures, and Talks

June 19 | 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

In recognition of Juneteenth, this event will feature esteemed Visiting Scholar Michael Blake and United States Congresswoman Nikema Williams. Together, we will explore the theme of Walking in the Interconnected Footsteps of Dr. W.E.B. Du Bois and Congressman John Lewis and discuss the importance of civic leadership in our democracy. This program is free, open to the public, and we warmly welcome your organization to join us. Your presence would greatly enrich the conversation and help foster a deeper understanding of our shared civic responsibilities.
