    Enjoy the ancient Chinese, mind-body practice of Qigong, meaning mastery of your life-force energy. Qigong, a simpler form of Tai Chi, combines gentle movements that mimic nature, self-applied massage, breathwork, and meditation with the goal of improving and maintaining physical and emotional health. This self-care practice has been found to relieve stress and anxiety, calm the mind, and may help reduce pain, improve mobility, balance, posture, strength, immunity, and sleep.
