Pua Ali’i ‘llima

Translating to Royal ‘Ilima Blossom, referencing to a plant native to Hawaii and the founder’s ancestry of Hawaiian royalty, Pua Ali’i ‘Ilima is a school of traditional Hawaiian dance, or hālau hula. Headed by Vicky Holt Takamine, a native Hawaiian leader and advocate, Pua Ali’i ‘Ilima returns to the Pillow for the first time since 2012.
