This mindful drawing class invites you to immerse yourself in the shapes and rhythms of sound and playfully follow your imagination. Using pencil, crayons or pastels you’ll be led on a sonic journey by singer/songwriter/visual artist JoAnne Spies that strengthens your intuition, calls forth imagination and frees up your inner critic. The class will include a brief meditation, breath awareness and musical prompts. No drawing experience is needed.
