Made in Massachusetts: 100 Years of Filmmaking in the Bay State is an epic chronological compilation of scenes from roughly 200 film and television shows shot in Massachusetts between 1922 and 2022. Featuring stars including James Cagney, Tony Curtis, Elizabeth Taylor, Steve McQueen, Anthony Perkins, Jack Lemmon, James Earl Jones, Steve Martin, Kerry Washington, Jennifer Lawrence, Brad Pitt, Timothee Chalamet, Florence Pugh, all the Wahlbergs and Afflecks you can handle, and many more. Also highlighting recognizable spots from Martha’s Vineyard to downtown Boston to Harvard Square, Concord, Springfield, Northhampton, Williams, Great Barrington, and everywhere in-between. Q&A to follow with filmmaker Adam Roffman, moderated by the BFMC’s Diane Perlman. Free admission, with donations welcomed to benefit the Triplex Cinema and the Berkshire Film & Media Collaborative of Western Massachusetts.
