Birding with Mass Audubon: Spring Migration

Class, Workshop, and Open Studios, Outdoor Event

  • June 10 | 8:00 am - 9:30 am on Wednesdays

Explore Edith Wharton’s original estate, from its woodlands and wetlands to its open meadows, on a relaxed, beginner-friendly birding walk. Learn how to spot and identify both migrating and resident birds, with a focus on the fundamentals of bird-finding, identification, and behavioral observation. Rather than keeping a running list, we’ll slow down and enjoy the birds we encounter along the way. Bring your own binoculars, or borrow a pair from us!
