Join BAC in a multi-sensory, process-oriented art program for toddlers and their caregivers. Explore creative activities side-by-side in a stimulating, social environment for fun (and sometimes messy!) artmaking and creativity, guided by a skilled faculty artist. Using story and song as a springboard, we’ll dive into creating in two and three dimensions. Together we’ll explore paint and collage as we make our own paste papers and use them to create unique portraits, jump into clay as we sculpt imaginary creatures, and much more!  In a Jar: This month we’ll read Debora Marcero’s book In a Jar, then go on a scavenger hunt to collect natural items to fill our jars like the two friends in the story. We’ll finish by painting and filling our jars. Materials needed: glass jars (or participants can bring their own), glass paint, ribbon, sequins/gems.  Tuition includes participation for one toddler and adult pair. Additional participants are $15 each.
