Artist’s Talk: Laura Ellen Bacon

Arts and Culture, Literature, Lectures, and Talks

May 29 | 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

The Clark Art Institute presents an artist’s talk with British artist Laura Ellen Bacon, one of the artists featured in this summer’s Ground/work 2025 exhibition. Bacon will be on-site in May building a sculpture out of willow branches. Join her outside at the location of her sculpture to hear about her creation process as it takes place. This event is a rare opportunity to hear from an artist in the act of making. Bacon’s work is on the Clark’s campus, just beyond the bridge from the Lunder Center where the Nan Path and Woodland trail meet.
