RP Marzilli has been installing and maintaining New England’s finest residential landscapes since 1985.
We are currently seeking landscape professionals who have a passion for managing the landscape maintenance within a portfolio of large, high-end residential estates. This position is based out of our Lee, MA and Williamstown, MA offices.

Position Range
$65,000 – $85,000
Essential Job Functions
Responsibilities
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with highly satisfied clients to ensure longevity of client base.
- Generate ideas, estimate, propose, and sell value-added enhancement projects to better improve the function and aesthetics of your clients’ properties.
- Work closely with Operations to coordinate a diverse mix of maintenance and enhancement work within your portfolio.
- Procure materials and supplies for your crews and clients as necessary.
- Responsible for financial management of portfolio including timely and accurate billings and collections.
- Complete, process, and approve paperwork with high accuracy for crew time sheets, materials receipts, and subcontractor invoices
- Ensure quality control for all work in your assigned portfolio.
- Ensure smooth transition from construction to maintenance.
Qualifications
General Requirements
- Minimum of three years experience with estate gardening and client interaction.
- Exceptional level of detail with a willingness to learn and blend within a division high on culture and teamwork.
- Customer service-oriented and drive to maintain a portfolio of highly satisfied customers.
- Exceptionally high standard for safety.
- Strong written and oral communication.
- High level of professionalism and the ability to represent the R.P. Marzilli brand within the company and in the public eye.
- Computer proficient with experience in the Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn and utilize other programs as necessary.
- Preferred degree in plant science, horticulture, arboriculture, soil science, landscape contracting, landscape architecture, forestry, turf, biology, plant pathology, plant physiology, or equivalent field experience.
