Curated by Edible Hudson Valley and presented in partnership with The Red Lion Inn, Grown & Gathered is a five course feast led by Chef Jon Sterret, featuring local food and drinks supplied by our amazing community of farmers, bakers, butchers, winemakers, and distillers, who will join us in conversation during the dinner. We are excited to partner with Raven & Boar, Grace Farms, Hudson Valley Fisheries, Sparrowbush Bakery, High Lawn Farm, Berkshire Mountain Distillers, Milea Estate Vineyard, and Dancing Greens Farm.
