Jacob’s Pillow: Online Dance History Course

    Dance History 101, led by Wendy Perron will be offered in weekly 90-minute sessions. Explore key moments in the history of dance in the United States and dive into the work of seminal choreographers such as Alvin Ailey, George Balanchine, and Martha Graham. Drawing on rich and diverse resources from the Pillow’s Archives, renowned dance writer, former editor of Dance Magazine, and Pillow alum Wendy Perron will lead participants in guided discussions, shared viewings, and talks by special guest speakers. Register by March 1.
