Intermediate Wheel Throwing
Class, Workshop, and Open Studios
February 24 | 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm on Tuesdays
This course will focus on the investigation of form for the soda firing process. Altering utilitarian wheel thrown forms with the intention of creating surfaces that will emphasize the firing technique. Students will develop wheel throwing skills while learning to consider the depth that can be created through sculptural additions and layering of slips and glazes.
