Savoy State Forest in Savoy
Location: Tannery Pond in Savoy
Height – 75′
Hike Time – 10 minutes
Difficulty – Moderate
From Charlemont, take Route 2 to Black Brook Road, 1.5 miles past the Charlemont/Savoy line on a sharp curve. Continue on Black Brook Road for 1.4 miles to Tannery Road on the right. Follow along this dirt road for 0.7 miles to a parking area just past a small pond on the left.
