The Lenox Cultural District was established by the Mass Cultural Council in 2019, in recognition of its unique blend of small town charm with world class culture and arts.
The mission of Downtown Pittsfield, Inc. is to foster the ongoing growth and vitality of downtown Pittsfield, Massachusetts through vision, leadership and advocacy and to position downtown as the creative and business hub of the Berkshires for the benefit of all.
Pittsfield’s downtown, known as the Upstreet Cultural District, boasts a lively roster of music, dance, theater, community festivals, and celebrations, including highly acclaimed professional theaters. There’s a vibrant visual arts scene in Pittsfield, too, with public art, thriving galleries, artist studios, cooperatives, and more!
Established in 1932, Bousquet Mountain is the oldest existing ski area in The Berkshires. Bousquet Mountain has everything from hiking, to outdoor escapes, to lodging and more.
Camp Arrow Wood empowers boys and girls to explore their given passions and experience new interests. Programs are designed for kids who love sports and want to get better in basketball, soccer, tennis, golf, x-country/track, baseball/softball, flag football, and field hockey.
Berkshire Camino leads guided town-to-town walkabouts and woodland hikes open to the public from May-October. More than a dozen curated routes offered on a rotating schedule integrate the natural environment, history, culture, and spirit of the Berkshires. It’s an easy, safe, and engaging way for casual hikers to experience the Berkshires on foot.

Mass Audubon is the largest nature-based conservation organization in New England. With the help of 140,000 members and supporters, Mass Audubon protects wildlife, conserves and restores resilient land, advocates for impactful environmental policies, offers nationally recognized education programs for adults and children, and provides endless opportunities to experience the outdoors.
