The Art of Storytelling: Celebrating Illustration and Literature features 3 exhibitions: The work of Ty Allan Jackson; Childhood Classics – 100 Years of Original Illustration; and Storyland: A Trip Through Childhood Favorites. Opening Saturday, February 4 with a create-your-own storytelling art activity 10 am – 12 pm! Stop in for educator-led arts and crafts activities all about collage – the artform featured in children’s books by Ezra Jack Keats, Eric Carle, Melissa Sweet, and more. Best enjoyed by ages 3 to 12 with caregivers. Treats and hot cocoa will be served! The exhibition runs through April 30.
