Join Dr. Kerry McGinn for a creative, fun, flowy vinyasa yoga class while you soak in one of the best sunsets in the Berkshires! Kerry teaches a dynamic, fun, vinyasa-style flow that is intelligently sequenced from start to finish. She weaves her knowledge as a Physical Therapist into a practice that is safe & fun, creative & smart. She challenges you to stay present in the sensations of the moment while enjoying moving your body and connecting deeper to your inner world. The yoga class will be one hour in length, but the property will be open until 8:30 as we invite you to stay and watch the sunset after savasana.
