It's all about the breath -- and the view. Start your week with morning yoga on the top lawn of Naumkeag and breathe in the unparalleled pastoral view of the Berkshires. This class is open to all levels. Plan on arriving 10 minutes before class begins in order to use the bathrooms, get comfortable and find a spot for you mat. Participants can pay in the gift shop once the class has ended.
