Beginner Tai Chi Class

Often described as meditation in motion, tai chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements. This four-week class, led by a certified instructor from Berkshire Tai Chi, promotes physical and emotional well-being through four one-hour sessions hosted in the Clark’s sunlit Michael Conforti Pavilion. Whether you are experienced in tai chi or new to the practice, students of all levels of skill and flexibility can participate in this gentle class. Comfortable clothing and footwear encouraged.
