Marketing the Berkshires and Your Business

As the official, non‐profit destination marketing organization for the Berkshires, the Berkshire Visitors Bureau promotes the region to attract visitation. We also provide visitors with highly valued information resources to help them plan their time in the region. As a member of the Bureau your business can be included in these resources too.

The Guide

150,000 copies are distributed annually at over 500 distribution points throughout the Berkshires and surrounding areas‐ including at 200 lodging and time share properties. Used extensively by visitors and second homeowners, the Guide is also used by front desk personnel to an answer questions and make referrals. Tens of thousands of Guides are mailed to people who ask for more information about the Berkshires.

The #1 Google ranked website for the Berkshires, referred visitors to over 1.5 million pages of member business information last year.


Beginning at only $365 a year for most small businesses, membership in the Bureau is the most cost effective way to promote your business to this unique audience. Your membership investment also leverages additional grant funding from the MA Office of Travel Tourism to support the regional marketing campaigns that keep tourism dollars flowing in the Berkshires.
